AHSGS BADMINTON AND TABLE TENNIS

AHSGS ONLINE: Awang Had Salleh Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (AHSGS) had organised a sports programme called “Badminton and Ping Pong (Table Tennis)” on 1 April 2021 (Thursday) at the university Sports Centre. 17 AHSGS staff were involved in this programme.

The aim of the programme was to give awareness to the staff on the importance of one's health besides helping individuals to cope with stress, reducing depression, helping feelings to be more positive, strong and motivated. When the body is healthy, the staff can have a quality work, and the work done is more productive.

The Director of Executive Education & Professional Development (EEPD), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manvender Kaur a/p Sarjit Singh and the Senior Assistant Registrar, Mdm. Suraya binti Deraman were also present at this programme.
